My friends Brandy and Scott are participating in an upcoming walk/run in May that supports the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI). Its a cause that is very near and dear to them as their nephew just got off his own meds! At any rate, she asked if a few friends and I could round out her “Team DeHuff” but unfortunately, it happens to be on the exact same weekend that we are almost all going to be in Moab. In light of that, I thought I’d give her cause a little shout out. If you want to participate in a super mellow 5K, definitely join her team. Not so into running or walking?
