Sweet Vintage Wed Photoshoot in Gold & Pink
Amy of Head Over Heels Wedding & Event Planning shares a wedding photoshoot with sweet, personal touches that honour her beloved grandparents. She created a whimsical, vintage wedding with a palette of pink, purple and gold. I’ve kind of developed a new-found love for gold recently, so it’s great to see how it can come together. Photos are by Milton Photography .
Says Amy: “This styled shoot was of personal importance to me. I lost my Grandparents a couple years ago. They were married for 59 years and died only a few months apart. This shoot was my way to honor their memories and a tribute to the amazing love they shared! As a planner I encourage my couples to use personal elements throughout their wedding. The ideas I used in my shoot are meaningful, simple ways to honor loved ones without making it look like a memorial.”
The lace tablecloth is used on the photo table was my Grandmothers, I remember her using it every Christmas and Thanksgiving!
The rings used were my Grandparents wedding rings.
The photos are wedding photos of my Grandparents and my Parents.
The cake stand I used was a vintage Saskatchewan Co-op crate. Both my Grandparents were born, raised and lived their whole lives in Saskatchewan and they were very proud of it!
