Share The Love Recap
For months now I’ve enjoyed coordinating Share The Love features for you (and don’t worry, there’s lots more to come). I thought it was time for a recap, both to thank our awesome participants and share with you the items I received from them to use for our June 1 2013 wedding.
February : Oh Dier
William generously offered 15% off to WO readers. I snatched up a wooden For Like Ever sign, custom finished in white. At our wedding it will likely be placed on our guestbook table, for now it resides in my office, next to the print that inspired it. Oh Dier has lots of fun items that would suit your wedding and can be used around the house afterwards. If you haven’t seen it yet, have a look .
March : ReadyGo Paper Studio
Nadia from ReadyGo offered up a coupon code and a giveaway. I grabbed a yellow banner cake topper and a matching photo prop. The possibilites are endless! Everything in her shop is completely customizable. You can even include your family pets with your bride and groom toppers!
April : Jelli & Ink
I love Jes’ fun designs. Instead of our save the dates, she designed my business cards! I think I might make some “thank you” cards for KJ & Co. with her design as well.
May/June : Rosebud Lips
For the month of June, readers were offered 20% custom garters and accessories from Rosebud Lips. Most packages include a toss garter so you can keep your own and throw a simple white one for all the bachelors to try and catch, if you’re doing the traditional garter toss.
July : LiddaBits
Liz, from LiddaBits offered free shipping to KJ and Co. readers. Her flags convinced me to change my wedding colours. These pink, orange and yellow flags will adorn our wedding cake. One flag in each slice as it is served to guests for dessert.
