This post is a bit bittersweet, as this Old Ellicott City Engagement session was taken before the flash flood that decimated the area on July 30. Some of these photos were taken in front of Sweet Elizabeth Jane’s, which was completely gutted from the raging waters. Kelly+Matt really wanted to include a bit of their engagement proposal story into their photos so we opted to head to Ellicott city, where Matt proposed to Kelly – and where the story their new life together began. These photos of an adoring couple and their pup, show just how much people love Ellicott City, and we can’t wait for the old charm to be restored! Jen Harvey Photography ended the evening with Matt+Kelly, and their pup on Federal Hill Park, with a beautiful sunset!
