Art exibits inspired by nature

Many artists receive inspiration from natural environments and the wildlife that lives in those environments.

Artwork from the Natural Impressions 3rd Annual Mixed Media Student Art Competition will be on display from 10am to 6pm from May 6th until May 28th at the Tom Ridge environmental Center. The theme for the show will be “All Things That Fly”.

There is also an Art Exhibit going on now through May 25th at the Roger Tory Peterson Institute of Natural History in nearby Jamestown, NY. National Wildlife Artist, Bob Hines is the featured artist.

The Roger Tory Peterson Institute of Natural History is open 10am until 4pm Tues.-Sat and 1pm until 4pm on Sundays. The cost is $6.
