The Trust for Public Land does a lot of good work – both in preserving wilderness trails and helping turn private land into public land and in helping dense urban neighborhoods build parks and provide much-needed green space. Here in L.A., they’ve helped protect Cahuenga Peak from developers, saved the “ Cornfield ” at Los Angeles State Historic Park , and are installing pocket parks in East Hollywood, Echo Park, and Little Armenia.

Now, the group wants to see how you enjoy your time outdoors – and you could win a brand spankin’ new GoPro camera for doing it. All you have to do is take a photo of a place in the outdoors you like to enjoy and post it to Twitter or Instagram with the hashtag #NeverStillLife or submit it via their Facebook contest entry page .

Get your friends to vote for your submission on their Facebook page and they’ll select four winners from the top entries to receive a GoPro camera.

To get you inspired, they’ve included a video of blind kayaker Erik Weihenmayer navigating the rapids in the Colorado River.
