Deer of the Day, Nov. 25: 220-pound 8-point
Nevin Irwin, of Girard, shot a massive 8-point during archery season.
His buck field-dressed at 220 pounds. It was his second archery season deer taken with a crossbow.
Voting for Irwin’s deer and 11 other entries in the November NWPA Outdoors Deer of the Month Contest is under way. New entry periods will open Dec. 1 and again Jan. 1, all leading to February’s Deer of the Year vote.
