Vibrant Contemporary Wedding at the Enjoy Center
Infused Studios and Sociable Events shares with us a vibrant wedding that brought the tropics into Edmonton. April and Mike wanted a light and modern decor to complement their contemporary venue, the Enjoy Center in St. Albert, Alberta. I absolutely love how all the colours work together and even more, the use of terrariums in their wedding decor. So refreshing!
Any memorable moments from your wedding day?
The moment right before I had to walk down the aisle. Felt like time stopped, the rest of the day was rather hectic, but still a great time!
What was your inspiration behind your overall wedding decor and colour choices?
Light, life and modern. Our ceremony and reception were both held in a modern designed greenhouse full of windows and light so we decided to play off the elements that already existed in the space. We used grey and fuchsia as our main palette and added in yellow and lime green as secondary splashes of colour. Our centrepieces, terrariums and tall vases of curly willow with orchids pinned on brought the lively colour palette to life in the space.
Do you have any advice for other brides/grooms-to-be?
We have had an enormous amount of comments on the quality of our photos! Ensure you do a lot of research and look at a bunch of portfolios when trying to decide who to hire…or you can just play it safe and go with Infused!!
