Their photographer, Sarah, tells us, “Kate and Kyle have known each other since Kate was 8 years old! Kyle grew up being best friends with Kate’s brother, and Kate grew up having a big crush on Kyle. But it wasn’t until they were all grown up and out of school, when Kate hired Kyle to work at her restaurant. They reconnected and hit it off fast, and the rest is history. Kyle knew he wanted to propose at Disney, but didn’t want it to be the same old proposing in front of a castle idea that they’ve seen so many times before. So he brought her up to a private balcony, overlooking the castle and a beautiful view to propose. They’re getting married this fall at Camp Puh Tok, so this engagement session location fit perfectly into their outdoor/natural/woodsy theme!”
