Lake Erie Bird Migration Symposium

Presque Isle and the shores of Lake Erie are important stop overs for millions of birds each year. Local, regional and international researchers have collected data on waterfowl, shorebirds, raptors and songbirds migrating around the lake. Researchers will present findings and discuss migrating species.

The Lake Erie Bird Migration Symposium is this Saturday, June 20, from 10:00 am until 5:00pm at the Blasco Library. The Blasco Library is located at 160 E. Front Street, in Erie. This event is free and open to the public.
