The Raven Wedding Inspiration from Heather Jowett
I adore contrasts. When things are juxtaposed in such a way, it creates something unexpected and beautiful. Today’s photoshoot from Heather Jowett & Bliss Weddings and Events did just that, taking the concept of Edgar Allen Poe’s “The Raven”, something traditionally viewed as dark and mysterious shared and captured in a beautiful way. I hope this will inspire you to add unexpected details and not be afraid to get inspiration from things you’d otherwise not consider “beautiful” or wedding-related!
Hopefully, we accomplished our goal of creating something lovely and soft out of something thought to be dark or sinister, but also something simple enough that its achievable by brides on a budget.
