Chaz Miller’s Spring Gobbler Season
Spring Gobbler season closes this Saturday in Pennsylvania. Chaz Miller, of Corry, is ending the season on a high note. Already having harvested two gobblers in NWPA, Chaz headed over to western New York, where he harvested another gobbler. His last bird was harvested this past Thursday. The big New York state gobbler had a nine inch beard with one and 7/16 inch spurs. The photo above shows Chaz on the left with fellow Spring Gobbler hunter, Brock Grice of Corry. The two hunters doubled with these beautiful NWPA gobblers on the morning of May 11, 2015.
