Seriously y’all, when the CorePower gang emailed me awhile back about this opportunity, I was pretty psyched. Regardless of the sport, most athletes know they should yoga-cize more frequently and I’ve never met an individual who didn’t like CorePower. Truthfully, the cost is what deters most, but I’ve got that all taken care of since one of you is about to win a free month!
Truthfully, I’m a bit envious because I’m a huge CorePower gal. I don’t have a monthly membership but I drop in occasionally to take classes like Yoga Sculpt and CPRyder . Typically I end up leaving the studio dripping wet and slightly mortified because I just got my ass handed to me, but I guess that’s the point…right?!
