Ski Season!!!!
So, I can see the mountains from the city, and they are totally capped with snow and look beautiful! ABasin and Loveland both opened this weekend, and not gonna lie: I am totally excited for ski season! Granted, the drive along I-70 is totally gonna suck, but whatever…..ski season is here!! We talked about going up this weekend but I think we might wait until next weekend….one run on an opening weekend could be pretty painful! Besides, I feel like I should get some mountain biking or something in before it turns too cold!!
Went to Jen’s wedding in Jackson and it was so much fun. Jen looked amazing and her dress was so pretty. She was quite the beautiful bride! Of course, the first big storm of the season decided to blow in on Jackson exactly on her wedding day, but the snow stopped long enough for her and Alex to get married outside….albeit in the freezing temperatures! Towns south of Jackson got up to 10 inches so it made the drive back quite an adventure for Meg and me!
Brandon is officially moving back to Denver as of today (in like an hour or two, actually!) so we get to have fun and explore the Highlands! He has technically had a place there for a few months but he hasn’t been living down here and I don’t know that area super well, so it will be an exploration time for both of us!
