The 7th Annual Asbury Woods Ridge Run is July 23
The 2016 Asbury Woods Ridge Run will be held on Saturday, July 23, at Brown’s Farm on Sterrettania Road. The run is actually a two part event with a 5K run beginning at 9:00 am and a 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk set to begin at 9:15 am. Both the 5K and run/walk feature a cross-country course through a scenic grassy meadow. The course will also follow along a wooded trail to the finish.
Runners in the 5K will be timed and placed by age levels. The non-competitive 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk is untimed. Registration proceeds will directly support trails, programs and community events at Asbury Woods.
The pre-registration deadline for the Asbury Woods Ridge Run is Friday, July 22. The cost for the either race is $25 on Race day. Runners and walkers can save $5 off the cost to race if registered by July 22.
