The Morning Of
You are supposed to do two things the morning of your wedding: relax and savor! A few important reminders will help the day go off without a hitch and ensure you are able to sit back and soak it all in!
- Timelines are key – go into hair and makeup with a fixed schedule. You shouldn’t think of your day as being ran by a piece of paper, but it definitely helps. Keep in mind when putting together your hair and makeup schedule – allot 30-45 minutes for each bridesmaid for hair and 30-45 minutes for each bridesmaid for makeup. You will want to give yourself an hour and a half-two hours to complete your own hair and makeup.
- Let your dress breathe and fall out! Be sure to hang up your dress (out of the bag) early in the morning. It will give it time for the fabric to settle and let any of those over night wrinkles fall out.
- Ensure your getting ready space has a lot of room and natural light. You do not want to feel cluttered or overwhelmed trying to get ready in a small space with a lot of women. Don’t overlook the importance of natural light. Your photographer and makeup artists will greatly appreciate it!
