We’ll start our look at the Mississippi River in our hometown St. Paul at the top of the high bridge.  What a panorama and from this angle the Cathedral takes a prominent position.  Below the Cathedral on the river are the new colorful Riverfront Flats.  Notice the barges parked along the riverbank and the docks for all the houseboats?

The white dome, seen in the middle of the above photo is our state capital.
