This relatively small country lies on the east coast of Africa between Eritrea, Ethiopia and Somalia, and is a huge favorite with divers because its coast provides fantastic access to both the Red Sea and the Indian Ocean. Diving

No trip to the region is complete without a diving expedition into the Red Sea. The area around Djibouti is one of the best places in the world to locate the much sought-after whale shark. Lac Assal
