Rustic Bonfire Engagement
Lauren and Denver’s wedding style is going to be romantic, DIY with hints of vintage! They had mentioned that they like the outdoors and camping. This is where the original inspiration came from. A styled “camping” shoot for their engagement but with romantic elements to match the wedding. This was shot in Hinton, Alberta, Canada at a friend’s private residence. They live up against the Athabasca River where a bunch of beat up drift wood collects. We made a teepee out of the drift wood and styled the shoot with various items from the residence’s home. Lauren and Denver will be getting married in Edmonton Alberta Canada in a brewery this summer. They met when they were both 16 and were each other’s first loves. You can tell they are crazy about each other because the direction was minimal at the shoot. They just kept looking so freakin cute and kissing!
