Sparta Sportsmen Club to host hunters safety classes
The Sparta Sportsmen Club, near Spartansburg, in Crawford County Pa, will be hosting hunters safety courses. According to the Pennsylvania Game Commission, the Pennsylvania Hunter-Trapper Education courses are six hour courses for first time hunters and trappers. These safety courses are required by law in order for the first time hunters to buy a license. Students must attend all classes for dates chosen and pass an exam at the end of the course in order to complete this training. There is an Official Hunting Education Student Guide of the Pennsylvania Game Commission available on the PGC website.
Below are the dates and times for the hunters safety courses.
Class No.1
April 22nd-24th 6-9pm
April 26th 8am-3pm
Class No.2
Aug. 19th-21st 6-9pm
Aug.23rd 8am-3pm
