Presque Isle State Park is home to many species of wildlife. It is also a great place to learn about these animals that call the park home. The Tom Ridge Environmental Center (TREC) will feature a fun, family program about rabbits this Thursday. A park naturalist will host the program designed to help participants learn how rabbits survive at Presque Isle. Meet at the TREC from  10:30 am until 11:30 am for the program. No fee or registration is required.

On Friday, the Rotary Pavilion at Presque Isle State Park will feature an Evening Fireside Talk about foxes and coyotes.  Both foxes and coyotes inhabit the park. The Evening Fireside talk will describe how these canines coexist at Presque Isle. An indoor fire and hot beverages will also be provided. The program is scheduled from 7:00 pm until 8:30 pm. The cost is $3.00 per person payable in advance or at the door. You must have exact change or a check made out to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Registration is requested.  Please register at: Evening Fireside Talk
