NWPA Outdoors Deer of the Day, Oct. 22: Ryan Norr
Ryan Norr, of Guys Mills, Crawford, tagged a trophy 1o-point Monday at 5:30 p.m. in Crawford County.
Norr shot the deer at 2o yards with a crossbow. The deer field dressed at 185 pounds.
Norr has been hunting since he was 12 years old. “It took a while to tag a mature deer during the first few years of archery hunting,” he said. Now that he’s figured it out, he’s been harvesting mature animals consistently.
