Cook Forest State Park French and Indian War Encapment begins June 13
Cook Forest State Park will host a French and Indian War Encapment on June 13. This event will feature live battle re-enactments including musket and cannon fire. Renowned historians will also be there to share facts and tales from this time period. Visitors can learn about blacksmiths, quill pen writing, and many other crafts from this time period during live demonstrations. There will be activities for the kids at the event.
