- Think about yourself. Do what you need to do to be in the right mind set- Soul Cycle? Running? Yoga? – Take care of yourself!
- Rest and get sleep. Disconnect at least 3 days prior to your wedding. Tell your clients, work, friends and family that you are off to enjoy the best moment in your life! They will understand if they know!
- Pack in advance! Shop in advance! Be ready at least 2 weeks prior, so you can totally not stress the week of!
- Take a small trip/relaxing getaway the weekend before, so that you can lead into a relaxing mind-set for the crazy weekend up ahead! Remember, a few moments in vitamin D can eliminate stress!
