We love autumn, here’s why!
Autumn is fantastic time of year where those who don’t like the hot sweaty days of summer, and those who hate the shivery cold days of winter can meet in outdoor harmony. Arguably prettier than spring it’s a season that offers plenty to see. Not quite sold yet? Lets go through some reasons that we think you should love autumn.
1. Our green land turns a stunning array of colours.
2. You’ll probably experience sun, rain, wind, hail, sun again, fog all in a very short space of time. There’s a weather for everyone in autumn.
3. The mental preparation is over, it’s time to ace that conker tournament.
4. The things you find in your coat pocket from last year (best case? Cash, worst case? old sweets)
5. How cosy are down jackets? Snug as a bug while others shiver when the temperature drops.
6. Show off your layers. The ever changing temperature and weather means you need make full use off all your brand new layers. Waterproof? Check. Fleece? check. Baselayer? Check.
