Founded by Rifko Meier, who brought the concept to New York from Amsterdam in 2012, the company provides great service, excellent food, and the best entertainment. All of the oyster girls and guys have a knowledge of food and wine, are trained oyster shuckers and truly love what they do- adding a level of sophistication to any event.
