Bride Blogger Update: Going to the Chapel
Milagros, our lovely bride blogger from this past season, has been sweet enough to take us along on her planning journey. From searching for the perfect dress to finding a photographer to spending time with friends and family at her shower , it has been quite the adventure! Thank you Milagros for including us and best wishes for this weekend’s celebration – we cannot wait to hear all about it!

Going to the Chapel
Things I have learned along the way? Each of us brides are different, and no matter what flowers you pick, or which bridesmaids dresses are selected, your wedding will be unique because it is yours.
I have learned how to over-use the term YOLO. At some point over the past few weeks, it really hit me that I am only doing this once in my life. I only get to pick the big white dress, and celebrate with a whole crew of bridesmaids and family one time. And that it would be such a shame to not enjoy every single moment.
I have learned I am incredibly fortunate, and that it is very easy to lose that perspective when you are worried about whether people will like the chicken or whether they will prefer the fish.
And finally, I have learned that I made the right decision when I went to that cookout on July 2nd seven years ago. Throughout this whole process, through the ups and downs, I have come to a greater appreciation of my fiance, as a partner and friend.
Me and this guy. That is really all that matters.
Thanks for letting me share, vent, and over-share some more. It has been a blast.
