What is Bar Method?

Bar Method is a fun new workout program that integrates the fat burning format of interval training, the muscle shaping technique of isometrics, the elongating principles of dance conditioning, and the science of physical therapy to quickly and safely reshape your entire body.

How long before ladies can expect to see results?

Although everyone is different, if clients come to class 3-5 times a week, they will begin to see changes in their bodies and in their performance in class within their first 30 days of class. Some clients claim to see changes within the first 10 days!

In addition to Bar Method, what other tips do you have for engaged women to get in shape before their wedding?

It’s important for brides-to-be to find an outlet for their stress (and sometimes frustration) in order to stay calm and enjoy the entire engagement and planning stages of the wedding. Spending time exercising and focusing on something other than wedding planning is a wonderful way to maintain a good perspective on wedding planning while doing something that is good for you. We recommend enlisting friends – or other brides-to-be – to be your workout buddies, so that you are also spending quality time with friends in addition to getting fit for the big day!
