How did you get your start making jewelry?
I first became interested in making jewelry as a child, when my mom, who is an artist, signed me up for a jewelry-making class.

What is your favorite piece in your shop right now?
Right now I’m especially excited about my new starfish pendant . I feel like it’s so versatile and could be worn with almost anything. It would make a great bridesmaid’s necklace for a beach wedding. The best thing is that it would work just as well with a tee shirt as with a bridesmaid’s dress.

What is your favorite piece for a bride to wear on her wedding day?
This multistrand pearl necklace is my current favorite for a bride to wear on her wedding day. I’m just in love with this necklace! It’s new this spring and is more of a statement piece than I’ve made in the past, which I’m very excited about. I can make the necklace with all white pearls and in sterling silver, too.

Where do you draw inspiration for your designs?

I really don’t know where I get my inspiration! It seems to come from everywhere, or from nowhere. My mind is always overflowing with ideas for new pieces.
