Morrison House
Morrison House , a Kimpton Hotel, is a beautiful Federal period building located in Old Town Alexandria that is as inviting inside as it is out. Approaching the sculptural fountain and brick courtyards just off the cobblestone road serves as a warm and inviting entrance to the ideal intimate spot for a ceremony or reception.

Inside, the smaller Parlor Room can hold 40 guests for a ceremony and features a decorative fireplace and elegant chandeliers. The dining rooms, which feature large windows and beautiful antique mirrored credenzas, can also be used for receptions and feature large windows and beautiful antique mirrored credenzas. The space can hold up to 110 for a cocktail style reception.

In addition to the beautiful space, the food is simply to die for! Executive chef Brian McPherson of the acclaimed restaurant, The Grille, sits down with each bride and groom to customize their menu of seasonal French-American cuisines.

To top it all off, the hotel is just the right size to rent out for the entire bridal party. How nice would it be to be surrounded by just your friends and family for the entire weekend? A beautiful venue, delicious food, and exquisite service- it doesn’t get much better.
