Your guests will love walking through the lobby lined with original newspaper mats dating back to 1820; perusing the photographs of politicians, musicians, and other celebrities that frequent the site; and gazing out the window at the expansive views of the White House and Washington Monument. The National Press Club holds both ceremonies and receptions. Many couples choose to host their celebration in the spacious Ballroom or the gilded Holeman Lounge, depending on size, while cocktail receptions are commonly held in the First Amendment, also called the “Room with a View”!
