FU Penguin…and other animal love!
I have followed the FU Penguin Blog for a really long time and I think it is flipping hysterical. I seriously die laughing every time I read the thing. The combination of this guy’s sarcastic anger with the animal pics really gets me. In fact, I think that is the case for everyone…I have yet to show it to one person who doesn’t think its funny!
It occurred to me last night that I have apprximately 4-5 weekends free for the entire summer….and its not even June yet. How the heck did my life get so busy? Granted, a lot of it is entirely my own fault. Between Memorial Day and Labor day, I have willingly signed up for the Bolder Boulder, the Steamboat Half Marathon, the Tri for the Cure, and the Steamboat Triathlon. If you are talking weekends, that is a month’s worth right away. Add into the mix Angel’s wedding, bridal shower, and bachelorette party, and another month is right out the window. Go visit a few friends and my sister around the country…..whew! And I’m not even talking about my job or grad school! I sometimes wonder if I have massochistic tendencies….
…that’s actually a lie. I think I like it better this way. I like being busy and bustling around with things to do and places to see and people to visit. Besides, its summertime! Its time to play!
However, I digress. I really just wanted everyone to go look at the Penguin blog and laugh their ass off. Because I assure you that you will.
