I love Center Stage: Tear It Up
That really doesn’t actually pertain. But I just recently realized that they made a SECOND Center Stage movie which I immediately rented and I love it. No one else in this world would but I definitely do. Maybe even better than the first!
Getting my ass kicked in school lately. I’m halfway through my first 8-week session with two classes and wow….they don’t lie when they tell you that grad school is way more tough that undergrad! Five papers due next week so I think tomorrow will be spent in the library! I feel like I do so much work and papers and blah blah blah. Its good though. I enjoy being back and I like learning new stuff, as cool as that makes me sound. Plus, I will get a sweet Ed Director job (fingers crossed!) when I finally get done! There are a few outdoor programs that I have my eye on . . . .
Our hut trip is coming up in two weekends and I am so excited. I am trying to find a company that will let me demo a pair of AT skis so I can give them a try and decide if I want to buy them. I think my Scratch BCs would make great AT skis…..of course, forcing me to buy another pair for the resorts! 😉 Ha just kidding…..well, kinda……
A group of us went to a burlesque show in Denver last weeked and it was crazy. I knew what a burlesque show meant but it was another to have a bunch of naked women running aroun everywhere while we sat at a table in the basement of the 16th Street Mall clocktower! They even gave us these twirly things that make a bunch of noise that you were supposed to use whenever they took some clothes off…..after a few drinks, we all got into it 🙂
Officially registered for the Steamboat Half so I am in fullforce training. It is so much easier to do down in the city when there is beautiful weather! It was 70 degrees yesterday and so perfect for a run! It looks like me and a few others are gonna run the Half up in the Boat and then, per the agreement, they will do the Tri for the Cure with me in August. I told Angel that it would help me fit into my bridesmaid dress a little better!
