Spring is in the air. . . .
. . . and I am more than ready for it! After a record year for snow here in the Boat (I think we are at 465″ or something ridiculous), I am so ready for sunshine and green grass! We’ve had a week or so of 40-50 degree weather, so the snow is finally melting away and our roads are actually becoming their original width again! And, believe it or night, I can see pieces of our front yard again! Amazing! We have one more week of ski season before the mountain closes, but honestly, I am over it. . . I want to go hiking and camping! And I REALLY want to get my road bike out! I walk by it every day hanging on the wall, and I am so excited get some rides in!
Bought tickets to go to Baja for my Spring Break from school. Heidi and I are going to rent a car and drive around the peninsula for some surfing, sea kayaking, and hopefully, diving. I just can’t wait for the sun!
So, it looks like it is official: I am moving back to B-town at the end of the school year. I am pretty sure that I am ready to get out of the Boat bubble. (Yes, I realize I am heading back to another bubble, but at least it is a little larger!) If anyone knows of jobs or housing, definitely let me know!
